As long as you’re still living in the home, you’ve a chance to stop the repossession on it. But please, don’t think it’s going to be easy; it’s not, it’s going to take work, and a lot of it too. So the sooner you start fighting the issue from your end, the sooner you [may] be done with it. But you can]not stop that fight before it’s over; otherwise all indeed will be lost.

A foreclosure notice isn’t the end of the world. If anything it’s a start, the of a battle that would win or lose you your [house. But it's a battle that you can win, if you fight it to the end. So do not cave in when you're presented with such difficult|challenging|hard|awkward] challenges.

So they’ll state that you’re guilty of home loan delinquency; they’ll state that you’re not worthy to own a house in the US; they’ll state you deserve to be thrown out in the streets. They made a mistake. Of course you are not the kind of person to take all of that sitting down; there is no way in the world you’ll leave them to take your house away from you. They picked the wrong person to foreclose on. You’re going to stop that foreclosure. Others have stopped it successfully; you can as well.

The biggest problem with individuals who are undergoing foreclosure is that they will usually think it must occur. But the reality is that you can] fight and stop repossession, if you have access to the right facts and the right attorney to help you out.
